A Short Pause
(What to Expect Through May)
Hi friends,
I wanted to give you a quick update.
For the rest of May, I’m taking a bit of a sabbatical.
My dads illness and subsequent passing has taken a toll on me and I want to be honest about how I can show up. Rather than trying to push through and give you something half thought out and quickly written, I’m choosing to slow down for a few weeks while I rebuild my backlog and rest!
What this means:
My regular posts (Tuesday stories, Friday chapters) will be paused.
My daily stories and round ups will continue when I can, but they may be a little spotty.
What won’t change:
This space.
The kind of stories I love to tell.
And me coming back ready, rested, and with more to share on June 2nd.
If you’ve been here for a while, you know I care about showing up consistently. So this wasn’t a quick decision—but it’s the right one.
In the meantime, if you need something cozy:
There are plenty of small stories waiting for you in the archives, along with a few familiar cats who are still very much on duty.
Thank you for your patience, your kindness, and for being here at all. It means more than I can say.
